  • 8-10 radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill or chives (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional additions: crumbled feta cheese, sunflower seeds, chopped red onion, fresh mint

Instructions:
