How to make dessert candles

  1. We roast the powdered milk on the fire until it becomes golden in color.
  2. Put the eggs, vanilla, sugar, oil, and cream in a mixer and mix well, then pour over the toasted milk powder and a spoonful of baking powder.
  3. Mix all ingredients well. Pour the mixture into a tray and enter the oven with the oven turned on from the bottom and leave until cooked.
  4. Mix the Kiri with the condensed milk well, then pour the mixture over the first layer and place the tray again in the oven until the second layer holds together and then leave to cool slightly.
  5. We come with glass bottle caps or small metal molds and half them on the second layer.
  6. Then we sprinkle the grated chocolate, then we remove the molds, which will leave white circles without chocolate, and we instill in each circle a stick of rough tea.

Ingredients

  • Powdered milk – a cup and a half.
  • Sweetened condensed milk – a cup.
  • Cream cheese – a cup.
  • Chocolate powder for decoration – half a cup.
  • Dried tea – 18 sheets.

How to make dessert candles

  1. In a small saucepan, put the powdered milk over medium heat until it changes color, then spread it on an oven tray.
  2. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius.
  3. In the electric mixer, beat the eggs, then add the vanilla, sugar, oil, and cream, with continuous whisking until the ingredients are homogeneous.
  4. Pour the mixture over the roasted milk and put the tray in the oven until the mixture is firm.
  5. Take the tray out of the oven and set it aside.
  6. Beat cream cheese with sweetened condensed milk with an electric mixer, then pour the mixture over the tray and put it back in the oven until the second layer hardens.
  7. Remove the tray from the oven and set it aside to cool.
  8. Arrange 18 bottle caps evenly over the top of the tray, then sprinkle the powdered chocolate over the top of the tray.
  9. Carefully remove the lids and place a tea leaf in each white circle.
