- Kilograms of bass.
- Twelve cloves of garlic.
- Two grains of hot pepper.
- A bunch of celery.
- Juice of five grains of lemon.
- A kilogram of potatoes, peeled.
- A bunch of dills.
- A quarter cup of olive oil.
- A glass of water, or as needed.
- Salt, to taste.
How to prepare seabass
- We remove the gills and belly to clean the fish well, wash the fish well, and then place it on its back.
