Ingredients
- Fish fillet cut into cubes.
- Oil – a tablespoon.
- Carrots cut into slices – a cup.
- Rice – a cup.
- Curry – half a teaspoon.
- Salt – to taste.
- Black pepper – a pinch.
- Two tablespoons butter.
- Dill to serve.
How to prepare fried fish fillet with rice
1- Season the fish cubes with salt, black pepper and half the amount of turmeric.
2- Grease an oven tray with oil and add the cubes to it.
3- Roast the fish in the oven on medium heat until soft.
4- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
5- Add the carrots and stir for about 5 minutes.
6- Add the rice and season with salt, turmeric and black pepper.
7- Pour two cups of water and leave the mixture until it boils.
