- Lemon squeezed – 1
- Salt – to taste

- Flour – a cup

- Chopped parsley for garnish – a tablespoon

1- Cut the fish fillets into longitudinal slices.
2- In a large bowl, add the fish spices, lemon juice, salt, and garlic, then mix.

4- Cover the bowl and leave it in the fridge for two hours.

- Flour – 160 gr.
- Salt – a teaspoon.
- Baking soda – half a teaspoon.
- Vinegar – a tablespoon.
- Water – 160 gr.
- Oil for frying – as needed.
How to prepare fried fish fillet
1- Wash the fish pieces well, then dry them and leave them aside.
2- In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
3- In another bowl, put baking soda and vinegar and leave the mixture aside until the ingredients react.
4- Add the mixture over the flour, then pour out the water and mix well until you get a cohesive mixture.
5- Dip the fish pieces in the mixture, then remove them from the mixture and shake them a little so that the excess of the flour mixture will fall off.
6- Heat up a lot of oil in a deep frying pan and fry the fish pieces in it until they are tender and discolored.
