  • A sweet, moist dessert, usually made with semolina.
  • To prepare the basbousa: Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • We bring a large bowl, put the eggs, yogurt, and oil in it, and mix them well until they are mixed together.
  • Add the rest of the dry ingredients to the bowl, and mix them until we get a homogeneous dough. We prepare a frying pan, grease it with butter, and then cover it with cornmeal.
  • Distribute the dough evenly in the pan, then cut it with a sharp knife in the shape of a diamond.

  • Place the tray in the oven and bake for thirty minutes or until golden.

Ingredients

  • Five grains of eggs.
  • 100 grams of sugar.
  • 100 grams of bitter cocoa.
  • Half a teaspoon of chemical yeast without gluten.

How to prepare
