How to make harissa at home

Ingredients

  • 500 g (3 cups) of medium-fine semolina.

  • ¾ teaspoon baking powder.
  • 250 ml (1 cup) slightly warm water.
  • 1 tablespoon of flour.
  • 150g (1¼ cup) chopped and boiled pistachios.

  • We boil the sugar and water and stir until the sugar dissolves, add the lemon juice, stir and then continue boiling for 2 minutes.
