How to make lemon and garlic chicken
Ingredients
- 3-4 chicken strips.
- Juice of 4 lemons.
- The peel of a lemon.
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed.
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme.
- 1 cup mushroom (optional).
- 1/4 cup chicken stock.
- Salt and Pepper.

How to prepare lemon and garlic chicken
1- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2- In a suitable pan, saute the chicken in olive oil for two minutes.
3- Mix together lemon juice, lemon peel, thyme, garlic, chicken stock, and add salt and pepper to taste.
4- Bring a suitable tray and place the chicken slices with mushrooms and pour them over the previous mixture.
5- Leave the chicken in the oven for 30 minutes, until it is completely cooked and golden in color.
Spread the sauce over the chicken from time to time to keep it tender.
6- Serve the chicken in a serving bowl and garnish with lemon and rosemary slices.
How to make chicken with olives
Ingredients
- 4 slices of chicken breast.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- 1 onion, sliced in rings.
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed.
- 1 teaspoon fresh (or dried) rosemary.
- 1/4 cup pitted black olives.
- 8 cherry tomatoes.
- Salt and Pepper.

How to prepare:
1- Heat the oil in a suitable pan, add onions, garlic, and rosemary and cook for 5 minutes, with constant stirring, until the onions turn brown.
2- Add chicken slices, salt, and pepper.
